A One to One Walkthrough will help you feel confident, in total control of the build, and more importantly excited about the build journey knowing that what you’ve dreamed of is possible, and will soon be a reality!

What’s Included.
A walkthrough of your plans so you understand how much space you’ve allocated, where the space is allocated, and if it’s sufficient or not. You will very quickly be able to identify where & what changes you can make
Elevations & Facade at real life scale. Stand right up against your kitchen bench, stove top & bathroom vanities to understand height, functionality & configuration
Physical furniture helps you visualise the space better as you begin to fit-out certain sections of your home
Objects helps you add in a variety of different objects onto your plans to help you visualise certain spaces. For example cars in the garage, a pool in the yard, or custom furniture pieces. Objects help you decide if what you’re planning for will work or not
Recording of your entire session (audio & video) will enable you to go off and review even after the session is complete
Inclusions.
Floor Plan Walkthrough
Walkthrough your entire home! You’ll get to see every inch of the plans to help you see & understand exactly what you are building.
You also have the ability to use our furniture & walls to fit out the space which helps you understand how much space you have.
Elevation + Facade Projection
Need to check height & functionality in those high use areas such as kitchens & bathrooms? Now you can!
Stand right up against all your internal elevations to see how it feels & if the functionality is right for you. You’ll also be able to stand at your front door and view all your external elevations also.
Meeting Room
Once your session is complete, you are welcome to use our meeting room to sit, discuss & de-brief everything that was covered during your walkthrough while you have everyone present.
CAD Connect
CAD connect gives your architect the ability to plug into our system live and make changes as they go using their own device. No need to make changes post walkthrough, now you can make all your amendments on the spot.
Objects. by One to One
Ever wanted to see if you could fit a swimming pool in the back yard down the track? Or how a bigger dining table would feel in the dinning room? Or perhaps you’d like to see how much space you have in the bedrooms if you start off with a single bed and upgrade to a double as the kids get older? Now you can! We can assist by placing digital objects on your plans to help you fit out any room to the exact size furniture you like.

Being able to walk through our house plans in real size put our minds at ease that the size of the house was right, but we discovered areas where we needed to tweak the design - such as our laundry and mud room layout and storage zones, guest en-suite layout, oven configuration and cabinetry, size of the powder rooms, and even the directions of external sliding doors. Things we wouldn’t have picked up just from looking at floor plans on paper.
